The Regulatory Affairs Executive is responsible for conducting regulatory research and compliance preparation to support the entry of products into new countries. The role focuses exclusively on the pre-entry phase — identifying local regulatory requirements, import restrictions, documentation needs, and product compliance standards. Once the market is established and stabilized, all regulatory responsibilities are handed over to the operations team.
This role requires finding solutions from scratch—identifying requirements, addressing gaps, and ensuring the product can be successfully brought into the country.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and verifying project-related documents such as drawings, quotations, invoices, and reports.
- Maintain organized project folders and ensure that all files are up to date on shared platforms.
- Follow up with internal team members, consultants, and vendors for status updates and deliverables.
- Prepare and update project trackers, progress reports, and summary sheets.
- Support tender and costing documentation by compiling data and checking submissions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely communication.
- Assist the Project Manager in site coordination or site visit documentation when required.
- Ensure all project records comply with company standards and filing procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the Project team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role (preferably in construction or retail fit-out).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and follow-up skills with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with cloud-based filing systems (e.g., Lark, Google Drive).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
