Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office purchasing, vendor relations, and tender submissions.
- Liaise with external partners including company secretary, accountants, auditors, and legal professionals.
- Help oversee day-to-day administrative, inventory and IT tasks.
- Prepare administrative, inventory and IT related documents or correspondence.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of etiquette and interpersonal relationship management.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
