**LOCATION**:

- Bandar Medini, Nusa Jaya, a fast-developing city that offers a variety of

- (FREE shuttle bus service provided - Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah,

Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)

**JOB SCOPE**:
enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the

company's products.
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues,

Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Minimum SPM (BM & SEJARAH must pass)
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full

Training Provided
- ID not active under Grab Acc (Rider or Driver)

**SALARY PACKAGE**:

- Basic Salary: RM1,900
- KPI/Attendance allowance: up to RM400
- Shift Allowance: up to RM300

**Salary**: Up to RM 2,600 per month (including allowances)

**WORKING HOURS**:

- Rotational shift 24/7
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
- 6 working days a week with 1 day off (depending on scheduled shifts)

**JOB TYPE**:

- Contract (24 months)
- Training provided (1 month)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
