**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders in the system
- Prepare Delivery Orders & Invoices
- Schedule deliveries with drivers
- Coordinate with warehouse on stock availability
- Maintain delivery records, Dos, invoices, CN/DN
- Prepare daily/ weekly delivery report
- Verify transporter invoices and delivery charges

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 1 year of Admin experience.
- Able to use Microsoft Office software

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm

**Location**:
Plaza Impian Inanam, Lorong Plaza Impian Inanam, 88450, Kota Kinabalu Sabah
