**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Support**: Assist in the creation of architectural designs and concept drawings, ensuring they align with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- **Drafting & Modeling**: Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) to produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
- **Project Coordination**: Support project teams by coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to gather information, take measurements, and assess site conditions to support the design and construction process.
- **Research & Documentation**: Assist in gathering materials and product information, conducting research on building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices, and preparing project documentation for permits and approvals.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings and presentations, helping to articulate design concepts and address client feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, designers, and consultants to ensure the integration of all project elements and maintain design coherence.Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing ideas and supporting the collective goals of the team.
- **Construction Administration**: Assist in monitoring project progress during construction to ensure design specifications are being followed and that issues are resolved promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural or design firm (internships or previous assistant roles are a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction processes.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, contributing effectively to group efforts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiar with sustainable design practices.
- Experience with project management tools or software.
- Ability to create and maintain architectural renderings and visual presentations.
