**Basic Salary: RM 2,000.00**:

- **Transport & Shift Allowance: RM 700.00**:

- **Monday to Friday**:

- **Rotational Shift: 3 shift**
- Provide technical and service support to assigned district accounts.
- Identify and address customer challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
- Conduct necessary chemical tests, record and report findings, and manage product inventory levels.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain chemical dosing systems and process monitoring equipment.

**Requirements**:

- SPM or Diploma in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in technical service or field sales support.
- Experience in water treatment systems such as cooling towers, chillers, and boilers is highly desirable.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required.
- Willingness to travel and assist with equipment maintenance and repair is essential.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
