**PURPOSE OF POSITION**
- To manage all warehousing related activities for a medical device manufacturing entity, in compliance with company policies and vision.
- To determine future directions & development of all requirements affiliated to warehousing function, covering 3 manufacturing facilities.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Overseeing receiving, storage, distribution & maintenance operations for warehouse.
- Optimization of facility layout and efficient space utilization.
- Efficient handling of inflow and outflow of raw material and finished goods.
- Maintenance and improvement of OSHA and GMP policies / procedures.
- Management of an efficient storage system with specific material categorization / classification and clearly identified incoming & outgoing zones.
- Ensure accuracy, traceability and reconciliation of all inventory records with an effective logging / inventory control system in place.
- Preparation of annual budget.
- Effective management of subordinates, inclusive disciplinary, training, development and motivation.
- Adherence to all warehousing, receiving, handling and shipping regulations.
- Review & improvement of SOPs in adherence to standards applicable under medical device manufacturing facilities.
- Appropriate liaison & support for Shipping Dept. to ensure efficient movement flow of finished goods for sterilization and outbound shipments.
- (S.I.S) & TQM for continuous improvement.

- Maintenance of strict discipline of subordinates.
- Assets management and optimization of facility/space.

- Scrap and gate pass authorization.
- Effective EHS Management System & GMP practices.

**CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Capabilities**:

- Well versed and experienced in warehouse/inventory management.
- Possesses analytical and strategic mindset, with effective decision making and problem solving skills.
- Well versed in regulatory requirements & standards for medical devices.
- People skills in mentoring, coaching/counselling, motivation, performance management and employees relations.
- Hands on experience with MRP/ERP, warehouse management software and databases.
- Proven experience with tracking and managing departmental budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

**Qualifications And Experiences.**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business administration
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing oriented warehousing environment.
