Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address any issues promptly.Operational Coordination: Identify and communicate workload and scheduling challenges to management to ensure efficient operations.Vendor and Logistics Coordination: Issue precise shipping and receiving instructions to vendors and trucking companies to maintain streamlined logistics.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison with various departments and external organizations to facilitate information exchange and resolve concerns.Leadership in Manager's Absence: Oversee operations during the Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and adherence to protocols.Strategic Planning Assistance: Assist in setting and implementing goals, establishing schedules, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency.Performance Evaluation Contribution: Participate in staff performance evaluations and address personnel -related matters to foster a high -performing team.Record Maintenance: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to activities, personnel, and equipment.Inventory Control: Ensure precise stock management by coordinating with receiving, order processing, and inventory control teams, implementing necessary adjustments.Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints regarding delivery discrepancies and delays, ensuring customer satisfaction.Inventory Audits: Participate in periodic inventory counts to verify stock accuracy and integrity.Documentation Management: Maintain both manual and digital records of item receipts and distributions, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.Staff Development: Supervise, train, and guide staff, monitoring their performance and providing corrective actions when necessary.Inventory Optimization: Recommend discontinuation of obsolete items and advise management on supply and equipment requirements to optimize inventory levels.Policy Development Collaboration: Work with management to develop and refine policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.System Training: Train personnel in system applications, including work status tracking, network usage, and relevant software tools.System Improvement Recommendations: Provide management with suggestions for system upgrades and improvements to streamline operations.Staff Supervision: Oversee, train, and evaluate assigned staff, participating actively in the selection and onboarding processes.Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support overall objectives.Operational Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing supplies and equipment to various departments.Inventory Monitoring: Supervise inventory management activities, promptly informing relevant personnel when stock levels approach reorder points to prevent shortages.​Policy Implementation: Aid in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls and proper handling, rotation, and storage of supplies and equipment.
