Key Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the products or services provided by the organization are fit for purpose and meet both internal and external requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.
- Drive and coordinate the activities required to meet quality standards.
- Monitor and advise management on the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS), and generate data and reports measuring performance against set indicators.
- Liaise with other managers and staff across the organization to ensure the QA system functions effectively. Where appropriate, advise on changes, support implementation, and provide training, tools, and techniques to help others achieve quality standards.
- Maintain quality by adapting to customer expectations and embedding quality at the core of the organization using various measures, including management systems such as ISO 9000, philosophies like Total Quality Management, and methodologies such as Continuous Improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of QA experience in process manufacturing.
- Familiar with international quality standards (e.g. ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sitiawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QA : 6 years (required)
- Process/Chemical Manufacturing: 3 years (required)
- International quality standards: 5 years (preferred)
