**Job Summary**
At Chai by Adoring, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys both management and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily café operations (front and back of house).
- Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge in POS systems.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in F&B management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-service driven and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle pressure in a busy café environment.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
