**Job Summary**
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of quality management within the manufacturing operation. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and leads a team of quality engineers and inspectors to achieve operational excellence and product reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and develop the QA and Process Quality Engineering teams to meet company quality objectives.
- Oversee in-process and final quality control activities to ensure consistent product conformance and reliability.
- Manage MRB (Material Review Board) processes, ensuring timely review, disposition, and proper documentation of non-conforming materials and products.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to address quality issues and drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems in alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent standards.
- Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to eliminate defects and prevent recurrence.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality performance, process capability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory quality requirements.

**Education & Qualification Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Experience Requirements**
- Minimum 7-10 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role leading quality teams.
- Demonstrated experience in MRB management, in-process quality control, and quality system implementation.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies: FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other recognized quality management systems.
- Analytical and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional collaboration and team engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
