**General Office Support**:

- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper).
- Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
- Greet visitors and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

**Project Support**:

- Assist project managers with document preparation, scheduling, and coordination.
- Prepare contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and work orders.
- Track project deadlines and help maintain project schedules.
- Help gather and compile progress reports, permits, and inspection records.

**Document Control**:

- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and job site reports.
- Ensure documents are correctly stored, labeled, and easily retrievable.
- Support compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.

**HR & Compliance Support**:

- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Schedule safety training, maintain certification logs, and track license renewals.

**Requirements**:

- Min qualification SPM / STPM or similar.
- 1 - 2 years related working experience
- Computer Literate
- Initiative & result oriented with good working attitude.
- Subang Jaya resident preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
