Support NPI Engineers in building and testing prototypes and pre-production units.
- Support all NPI-related injection molding activities including mold trials, process development, and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).Collect and document test data, troubleshoot issues, and report findings to engineering.
- Setup and operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment for new tool sampling and validation.
- Conduct mold and process troubleshooting; provide feedback for design or process improvements.
- Develop and maintain molding parameters, injection scientific report, and validation documentation.
- Train production technicians and operators on new processes and tools.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and report progress of sample runs and pilot builds.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety, and 5S practices.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- SPM / Certificate in related field
- Min 3 year experience with Molding or related field
