**YOUR ROLE**

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
- Collaborate with the Business Control team to generate, review, and validate credit and debit notes related to accruals.
- Perform offsetting of accrual accounts.
- Execute SOX controls relevant to Business Control activities.
- Prepare and finalize monthly closing reports.
- Support the development and adherence to Business Control procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide support for ad hoc requests, including occasional weekend support.

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in Business Control is preferred.
- Experience within a Shared Service Center environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Power BI.
- Familiarity with SAP and other financial reporting systems is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
