Senior Manager, Talent Mobility & Outreach
**Role Purpose**:
This position is responsible to attract and source talent from a wide variety of populations and communities as well as identify and cultivate pipelines of talent from university programs. The purpose of this position is to develop, grow and administer external pipeline programs and outreach.
**Key Accountability**:
- Drives internal talent mobility strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain strong and diverse talent in partnership with HCBD & BU Leaders
- Identifies, scopes, and leads programs across MAG that focused on internal mobility and promotion readiness, in alignment with MAG business strategy
- Leads the development of new and the improvement of existing internal talent mobility programs.
- Collaborates with key leaders and their leadership teams to develop and execute both long-term and short-term mobility roadmaps that directly support the respective BU’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Plan & develop program proposals with estimated cost statements for presentation to senior leadership; resolves issues related to the implementation and operation of internal talent mobility programs.
- Ensures that policies and programs are aligned with business needs; uses qualitative and quantitative data to iterate on internal mobility programming and influence decision making.
- To grow and develop relationship with talents to create strong collaboration efforts as part of building strong pipeline for future leaders.
- Oversee the administration for each program including internal and external communication, promotion, and outreach.
- Manage all program interfaces with external parties including scheduling outreach meetings with high schools, universities, associations.
- Organise and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events including the internal universities’ recruitment drive
**Qualification & Experience**:
Bachelor Degree in any related field preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Years of Experience :&Min 1 year of experience preferable in Human Resource Management
Areas of Experience :A sound understanding of HR Processes. Know how in leveraging on digital tools/platforms for process improvements is an advantage.
**Personality Traits**:
- Possess strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices and internal policy.
- Well versed with ERP and other business / accounting tools.
- Posses good knowledge of Word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools (Word / Excel / Power Point).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate with Business Units & customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing relationships within a complex matrix environment.
- Highly analytical with an eye for details, Questioning & Challenging and Communicating for Results
