Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions

Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts

Perform bookkeeping and data entry using accounting software

Assist with monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports

Support in maintaining full set of accounts under supervision

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and suppliers for documentation and queries

Administrative Duties:
Manage general office admin tasks such as filing, recordkeeping, and documentation

Ensure all documents are well-organized and up to date

Provide support in day-to-day office operations and coordination tasks

**Requirements**:
Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount)

Strong attention to detail, responsible, and well-organized

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

Willing to learn and grow in a supportive team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
