**Position : Telemarketing (Outbound Digital Banking)**

**Working Location : CP Tower, Petaling Jaya**

**Working hours : Mon to Fri from 9am to 6pm (follow Singapore PH)**

**Salary range: Basic from RM 2200 - RM 2800 + Quarterly KPI Incentive from RM500 & above**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SME Loan Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by offering financial solutions.

An effective sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Job Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling for New Business Proactively reach out to SME business owners to introduce and promote business loan offerings, addressing their financial needs
- Engaging Existing SME Customers Contact current SME loan customers to encourage them to maximize their existing credit lines and explore additional banking solutions
- Upselling Banking Products Engage with existing banking customers to identify opportunities for SME loan
- To promote company products & services to prospective customers.
- To achieve monthly target sets by the Company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the management
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about loans or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
