**Responsibilities**:
1. Driver Management
- Coordinate with drivers for cross-border shipments, ensuring adherence to schedules and compliance with regulations.
- Assign routes and provide clear instructions to drivers, optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.
- Address driver concerns promptly and implement strategies to improve driver performance and satisfaction.
- Ensure drivers are complying to government law e.g. timely renew of driver’s driving license, GDL.
- Ensure drivers are adhering to government law e.g. no speeding, dangerous driving behaviour.
2. Asset Management
- Manage fleet assets and equipment required for cross-border shipments, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to allocate resources effectively and minimize downtime.
- Keep track on R&M Cost and trigger fleet replacement strategy if required.
- Ensure proper preventive maintenance and on-time inspections (PUSPAKOM).
- Implement asset tracking systems to monitor usage and facilitate timely maintenance.
- Periodic check on GPS status of the trucks (Idling, location, status update etc.)
3. Training and Development
- Develop and conduct training programs for drivers, focusing on safety protocols, compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Provide regular refresher courses to drivers to enhance skills and knowledge related to cross-border shipments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary to improve performance.
4. Shipment Tracking and Status Updates
- Monitor cross-border shipments from origin to destination, tracking cargo status and ensuring on-time delivery
- Communicate shipment updates to internal teams and external stakeholders, providing timely information on any delays or issues
- Collaborate with logistics partners and customs authorities to resolve any shipment-related challenges.
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- At least a SPM / Diploma holder in any fields.
- At least 1-year experience working in the same capacity.
- Working knowledge of any integrated ERP/ MRP/ WMS system
- Organized, process-orientated and the ability to work independently
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in cross-border shipments.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics software (SOVY) and tracking systems.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights to improve operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

08.30am
- 17.30pm (Mon-Fri)
08.30am-13.00pm(Sat)

Bukit Raja Distribution Centre
5, Solok Waja 3, Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja 3, 41050 Klang, Selangor
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
