To prepare and review daily transactions and monthly management account including delivery of accurate monthly financial report. To assist in budget and cash flows preparation, handle of account payable, monthly fixed expenditures etc. Creating a budget for the department and maintaining it throughout the year. To ensure timely review of bank reconciliations, Inter-Company reconciliation. To ensure safekeeping of accounting records. Experience using financial software (Auto Count) Handle scope for roles in credit control (including follow up payment, issue reminders, serve notice of demand etc.) Assist to perform day to day accounting operations. Ensure timely and accurate closing and reporting, billings, collections and documentation. Responsible for final viewing annual audit and audit queries. Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and company secretary, bankers and other related parties. Tracking department expenditures. Update AP, AR, Debtor Listing and Debtor Statement on timely basis. Monitor outstanding payments tightly.
