_**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**_
1) Record customer Purchase Order
2) Update new or change forecast into SAP system.
3) Issue sales order record to planner.
4) Arrange shipment to customer according to Purchase Order due date or upon verbal or written request by customer.
5) Update new or change item into SAP system.
6) Prepared for stock control record and monthly stock report for finish goods.
7) Compilation on custom documents for monthly LMW Report.
8) Prepared Monthly MRP Report.
9) Make arrangement shipment for others request (sample etc.).
10) Carry out any further instruction from superior (ad-hock assignment).
11) Ensure daily activities are complying with company environmental policy and procedure. Stationery control and order for Accounts Section.
12) To perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate superior (ad-hoc assignment).
- **JOB REQUIREMENT**_
1) Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or other related field.
2) Skills:
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated, honest and possess leadership qualities and able to work independently.
3) Training:
- Any related to job function courses
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
