**Job Overview**:
As the Social Media Marketing Team Lead at Nestron, a leader in high-tech housing solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive organic traffic to our platforms via social media channels. Your role will be crucial in leveraging social media to connect with our target audience, build community engagement, and increase brand awareness in a dynamic and competitive market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**:Craft and implement robust social media strategies focused on driving organic traffic, aligning with Nestron's marketing objectives and brand ethos.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire the social media team to produce high-quality content and engage effectively with our community.
- **Content Creation and Optimization**: Oversee the creation of engaging, SEO-friendly content tailored to different social media platforms to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- **Analytics and Performance Tracking**:Regularly analyze social media performance, focusing on organic traffic metrics and engagement rates, and adjust strategies for continual improvement.
- **Community Building and Engagement**: Cultivate a vibrant and active online community around Nestron's brand, enhancing organic reach and word-of-mouth marketing.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and product design team and to align social media efforts with broader organic traffic driving strategies.
- **Emerging Trends and Best Practices**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to keep Nestron at the forefront of organic digital growth.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in social media management, with a specific focus on organic traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and their integration with social media.
- Very good command of English - both spoken and written and able to converse in Mandarin.
- Proven track record of increasing organic reach and engagement on social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in working with content writers and graphic designers
- Familiarity with the housing or technology industry (preferred)

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
