**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development: Develop social media marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring. Develop engaging and shareable content such as posts, videos, images, and infographics.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality and compelling content for social media platforms that align with the brand's voice and values.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with the brand's social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Social Listening and Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in social media marketing. Continuously explore new opportunities, tools, and features to enhance the brand's social media presence.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Proven experience in social medial marketing, with a strong understanding of various social media and strategies
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approaches
- Understanding of social media marketing concepts
- Knowledge of web analytics tools
- Content and creative writing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages.

**Salary**: From RM5,500.00 per month
