**REQUIREMENT**:
Experience in Oil and Gas industry is a plus.
3 to 5 years of experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness)
Experience of working on ERP implementations, enterprise-wide technology transformations, cloud-based implementations, Intelligent Automation implementations, Shared Service setups etc.
Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies.
Bachelors in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Arts, HR or Psychology
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Change management qualifications e.g. PROSCI, Kotter, ADKAR will be a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies.
Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models and advanced technologies and digital tools (e.g., cloud HR, behavior change packages, immersive learning)
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment.
Implementing a strategy to support adoption of the change management techniques within the business.
Assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
Creating change management plans for projects or change initiatives acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication, and other associated change considerations.
Developing change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles.
Preparing impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes
Analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactic and processes
Close collaboration with the Projects Managers to integrate change management activities into the existing project plans.
Managing the input and output of the change management reporting systems for projects
Capturing data and defining and measuring success metrics
Consulting and advising project teams on change management.
Identifying opportunities and providing expertise to build resilience to change across the organization.
