Remote | Zoom/Teams Facilitation Required

We are seeking a
seasoned Change Management Consultant
with
30+ years of experience
to support our regional and international client engagements on an
ad hoc basis
. The ideal consultant will bring deep expertise in leading and facilitating transformation, strategy execution, and leadership development across diverse industries and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients across
    South East Asia
    to design and implement change and transformation strategies.
  • Facilitate
    virtual workshops and coaching sessions via Zoom
    for leaders and teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on
    organisational transformation, culture change, and adaptive leadership.
  • Offer strategic input for client proposals, programme design, and delivery.
  • Collaborate flexibly with internal and external partners to ensure high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 30 years of professional experience
    in change management, organisational development, or leadership consulting.
  • Proven success working with
    executive and senior leadership teams
    .
  • Excellent
    facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with
    regional clients across South East Asia
    (multi-cultural exposure is essential).
  • Ability to work
    independently on an adhoc / project basis
    and deliver high-quality results remotely.
  • Will be interviewed by the Principal Consultant.
