**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of ACMV projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and review project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee ACMV design and installation activities, ensuring they meet project specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and lead the project team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure the quality of ACMV systems and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost control, and procurement of materials.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to project challenges.
- Perform regular site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Handle project documentation including drawings, contracts, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders.
- Report project status to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV project management or similar roles in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, including HVAC, ductwork, ventilation, and related components.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental sustainability standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- PMP, CEM, or equivalent certifications would be an added advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in both design and construction phases of ACMV systems.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for ACMV systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
