We are a growing training provider looking for a proactive **Customer Service Executive** who has solid experience with **HRD Corp (HRD claims)**, is confident using **Microsoft Excel**, and can work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inquiries and course registrations from corporate clients
- Prepare and send quotations and invoices
- Prepare and submit HRD Corp claim documentation
- Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data entry
- Communicate professionally with corporate clients
- Travel to client locations when needed (must have own vehicle)
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers (buses), and other suppliers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
