MostaWash is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a **Customer Service cum Telemarketing Executive**. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing inbound and outbound communications, and promoting MostaWash services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Provide support and guidance on laundry machine usage, payment methods (DuitNow QR, e-wallets, etc.), and other related services.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or technical issues in collaboration with the technical support team.
- Ensure 24/7 customer careline support through remote assistance and coordination with the cloud-based management system.

**Telemarketing**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including hotels and businesses, to introduce MostaWash's self-service laundry solutions.
- Promote features like cashless payment systems, 24/7 customer support, and revenue-sharing models to attract partnerships.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and provide information to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with interested prospects.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team with after-sales service, follow-ups, and client relationship management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,675.15 - RM3,568.46 per month
