1.Visitor Assistance:

- Greet visitors with a welcoming and friendly demeanor as they approach the information desk.
- Provide information about the mall's layout, store locations, and services.

2.Promotion and Event Information:

- Communicate details about ongoing promotions, events, and activities within the mall.
- Distribute promotional materials and assist in generating interest in mall events.

3.Tenant Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison between mall management and tenants, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
- Provide support for tenant-related promotions and activities.

4.Lost and Found Services:

- Manage the lost and found service, logging and storing lost items, and assisting in their return to owners.
- Follow established procedures for lost and found management.

5.Telephone Inquiries:

- Answer telephone inquiries promptly and provide accurate information to callers.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.

6.Customer Feedback:

- Collect feedback from visitors about their experience in the mall.
- Report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

7.General Administrative Tasks:

- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Assist other departments as required.

8.Security and Safety Awareness:

- Collaborate with mall security to monitor and manage visitor access and safety.
- Report any security concerns or incidents promptly

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
