**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating data center projects from start to finish.
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and project files.
- Monitor the progress of project tasks and assist in identifying any delays or issues.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Help prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist with procurement activities such as ordering supplies and equipment.
- Perform research on best practices and industry trends relevant to data center operations.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including organizing and filing project documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma /**Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Preferable Mandarin speaker as need to handling Mandarin speaker clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
