Assist in the planning and execution of data center projects, including upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, schedules, technical specifications, and change logs.
- Help coordinate meetings, track project progress, manage schedules, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, technical staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any project-related issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the expected standards and comply with safety and industry regulations.
- Assist in creating regular project reports, status updates, and presentations for management.
- Help monitor, track, and report on issues, risks, and any delays impacting project timelines, working with relevant teams to resolve problems quickly.
- Ensure that all project activities align with the organization’s policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a data center, IT, or technical support environment is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
