**Position: Warehouse Manager**

**Company Background: Data Center Supply Chain Solution Company**

**Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor**

**Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm**

**Salary Range: Basic MYR5,000 - MYR7,000**

**A Warehouse Manager would oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes. This includes managing inventory, overseeing daily activities, and leading the warehouse team. Specific duties may include optimizing warehouse layout, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring accuracy of inventory.**

**Core Responsibilities**:
Overseeing daily warehouse operations:
This includes receiving, handling, storing, and shipping goods, as well as managing inventory levels.

Leading and managing the warehouse team:
This involves motivating, training, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure they meet performance standards.

**Ensuring inventory accuracy**:
This includes implementing and maintaining inventory control systems, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.

Optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization:
This involves maximizing storage capacity and improving efficiency by arranging shelves, racks, and storage areas effectively.

Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures:
This includes creating and enforcing procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping goods, as well as for safety and compliance.

Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards:
This involves adhering to safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring proper handling of materials.

Implementing and improving logistics and warehouse operating procedures:
This involves continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Managing relationships with suppliers and customers:
This may involve coordinating shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
Managing the budget for warehouse operations: This includes controlling costs, such as labor, materials, and utilities.

Preparing reports and analyses: This includes tracking key metrics, such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and shipping costs.

Implementing new technologies and systems: This may involve adopting new software or equipment to improve warehouse efficiency.

Ensuring compliance with 6S and ISO standards: This involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Relevant experience in warehouse management or logistics.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
