Operation and Warehouse Manager

**Job description**

**Operation**
- In charge of all operation matters including but not limit to resources planning, manpower & transport arrangement, operations’ documentation and etc.
- Manage and supervise employee inclusive of recruitment, training and performance of their respective roles.
- Coach subordinates on important aspects of work performance, and where appropriate recommends development plans promotion or further improvement in areas of poor performance.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Work to analyze the company’s organizational process and find ways to enhance employees’ work quality and productivity.
- Ensure a clean, safe and hazard free work environment in all areas of the business.
- Travel to job site whenever needed
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Communicate with customers to identify their needs/expectations and make appropriate adjustments to meet those needs
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure jobs are carried out smoothly and efficiently and assist to resolve sales and operational problems
- Monitor cost, competition, sales and market trends and statistics to obtain results useful in making key business decisions
- Achieve sales objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to achieve strategic plans and reviews
- Involve in company’s marketing efforts and meetings
- Involve in sales policies and procedures and work processes improvements in sales and operation departments
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure quality, as well as on-time delivery of products.
- Responsible for costing of jobs
- Liaise with association and attend their event for networking
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

**Warehouse**
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and policies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Plan, organize, and control warehouse operations and workflow.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and proper storage methods
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or coaching.
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and transporters.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Arrange servicing or repairs when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and operational issues.
- Implement continuous improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Minimally completed Diploma
- Good communication skills, able to present in clear and concise manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- MS office is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
