Menguruskan hal ehwal surat menyurat, urusan perjalanan fail termasuk pembukaan dan penutupan fail
- Mengendali segala aspek pengurusan pentadbiran pejabat
- Menyediakan segala laporan kewangan (mengurus)
- Membantu di dalam penyediaan anggaran peruntukan tahunan
- Mengemaskini rekod-rekod cuti dan perkhidmatan
- Pengurusan hal ehwal kakitangan berhubung perjawatan, pentadbiran dan perkhidmatan
- Mengurus bayaran urusan elaun tuntutan, bil, tiket kapal terbang dan berkaitan tempahan penginapan
- Mengadakan program yang teratur bagi pelaksanaan aktiviti di unit personal, kewangan dan asset
- Membantu dalam menyelaras aspek pembangunan sumber manusia
- Mengurus proses pampasan dengan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dan berkaitan
- Mengurus dan mengatur mesyuarat serta perjumpaan di antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat di dalam perlaksanaan projek
- Merekod dan mendokumentasi hal-hal berkaitan
- Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dalam urusan yang berkaitan.
- Menyusun atur setiap rekod dan nombor fail.
- Menguruskan barang-barang kelengkapan pejabat seperti alat tulis dan fail-fail yang diperlukan.
- Mengumpul dan menganalisa borang tuntutan kerja lebih masa pada setiap hujung bulan dan membuat semakan sebelum diserahkan pada bahagian sumber manusia.
- Memastikan pejabat sentiasa berada didalam keadaan yang baik, teratur dan ceria.
- Mengemaskini papan maklumat pejabat dengan memo atau informasi yang dikeluarkan oleh syarikat.
- Menyampaikan setiap arahan yang dikeluarkan oleh syarikat kepada semua kakitangan pekerja.
- Menerima dan melaksanakan arahan syarikat dari semasa ke semasa.
