Job Scope:

- ⁠ ⁠Photography & Visual Content Creation:

- ⁠ ⁠Capture high-quality images for use across digital platforms, internal documents, and marketing materials.
- ⁠ ⁠Attend and photograph company events, promotions, and product launches.
- ⁠ ⁠Edit and retouch images to ensure professional quality, maintain a well-organised digital portfolio for both internal and external use.
- ⁠ ⁠Social Media Management & Content Marketing:

- ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.
- ⁠ ⁠Create visually compelling and engaging posts, graphics, and captions that reflect the company’s brand and resonate with customers.
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor and respond promptly to comments, inquiries, and mentions across all social media platforms.
- ⁠ ⁠Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- ⁠ ⁠Data-Driven Marketing:

- ⁠ ⁠Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- ⁠ ⁠Ensure all digital content reflects the company’s brand identity and communicates core values effectively.
- ⁠ ⁠Website Management:

- ⁠ ⁠Regularly update company website content, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor and respond to website inquiries daily, ensuring timely communication with potential clients and partners.
- ⁠ ⁠Marketing & Sales Execution:

- ⁠ ⁠Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and event marketing, as instructed by management.
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate in preparing marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, videos, and digital content for various promotional activities.
- ⁠ ⁠Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

- ⁠ ⁠Conduct ongoing research into competitors’ strategies, marketing initiatives, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making by the management team.
- ⁠ ⁠Client & Event Liaison:

- ⁠ ⁠Act as a point of contact for clients during marketing pitches, events, or entertainment sessions, ensuring smooth communication and professionalism.
- ⁠ ⁠Communicate meeting and event details with relevant departments to ensure business continuity and alignment.
- ⁠ ⁠General Marketing Support:

- ⁠ ⁠Assist in any additional marketing or sales-related activities as required by the management, ensuring flexibility and a proactive approach.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for meetings, events, and client interactions.
- ⁠ ⁠Job Requirements:

- ⁠ ⁠Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- ⁠ ⁠Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay (both written and spoken).
- ⁠ ⁠Confidence, responsibility, and strong presentation skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
