We are seeking a dedicated and organized Account and Admin Executive to join our team. This role combines administrative support and accounting responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management.
- Manage daily operations to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Issue and process key documents, including Invoices, Delivery Orders, Warranty and Maintenance Policies, and Purchase Orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and assist with bookkeeping duties.
- Conduct petty cash management.
- Manage and maintain office equipment and ensure a well-organized office environment.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL).
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Required Language: Mandarin, English and Malay.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
