Restaurant Server

As a restaurant team member, your role is to ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities may vary based on the position but generally include:
**Front-of-House (Customer-Facing) Roles**:

- **Greeting Customers**: Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor and assisting with seating arrangements.
- **Taking Orders**: Accurately recording food and beverage orders and addressing customer inquiries or dietary needs.
- **Serving Food and Drinks**: Delivering orders promptly while maintaining excellent presentation and service standards.
- **Handling Payments**: Processing bills and transactions efficiently with a positive attitude.

**Back-of-House (Kitchen) Roles**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assisting chefs in preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring food quality meets standards.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keeping the kitchen and workstations clean, organized, and in compliance with hygiene standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring supplies and reporting shortages or restocking items as needed.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolving customer concerns politely and professionally.
