**Job Title : JUNIOR SUPERVISOR**

**Department/Project/ Division : CONTRACT & CORPORATE SERVICES DIVISION**

**Location : WISMA JOHAWAKI**

**Employee's Qualification : PEPERIKSAAN MENENGAH RENDAH (PMR)**

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**To assist Manager, Administration in dealing with day-to-day maintenance tasks, and general responsibilities are as follows**:
**Main Activities**:
a) To provide necessary maintenance and repair service at Wisma Johawaki.

b) To act as contact person between JCSB and subsidiary companies for request of maintenance.

c) To Monitor cleanliness internal and external compound of Wisma Johawaki

d) Implement preventive, proactive, corrective and periodic maintenance

**1. Office Repair and Maintenance**

**Main Activities**:
a) To replace or repair any broken/malfunction equipment

b) To perform periodical check fire extinguisher, alarm panel etc

c) To prepare report on the above task

**2. Cleanliness (internal and External)**:
**Main Activities**:
a) To ensure common area such as lobby and toilet is in clean condition

b) To monitor lawn-mowing activities in Wisma Johawaki

c) To check external compound no rubbish or what so ever

d) To monitor the cleanliness of the office premises

e) To ensure toiletries/equipment is adequate

f) To perform weekly/monthly checking on surrounding area

**4. Safety**

**Main Activities**:

- a) To ensure safety equipment/signage is in good condition
- b) To perform periodical check on fire extinguisher
- c) To renew fire extinguisher
- d) To maintain any safety signage in good condition
- e) To check spillage and or stagnant water to avoid contagious decease.

**5. General Administration**

**Main Activities**:

- a) Maintain recycle paper in Photocopy room
- b) To assist in performing stock check of stationery
- c) To assist in sending the company car to workshop

**6. Quality Management**

**Main Activities**:

- a) Receiving and arranging of document from site office
- b) Disposal of expired document To perform any duties assigned by superior from time to time.**QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION**:
**Qualification **:Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (3-5 years) Diploma 1-3 years**Experience **:7 Years Knowledge : Symphony system**Skills / Competencies **:M/S Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)**Others (if any) **:Order processing/ISO/HSE/Basic Technical Knowledge (Motor Vehicle/Building)/ Procurement
