Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

  • Perform routine inspection, monitoring, repairing and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and machinery breakdowns.
  • Repair or replace defective electrical components and parts.
  • Conduct manual test runs after repair or maintenance work.
  • Maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Check and repair laundry machines (hostel facilities).
  • Troubleshoot chiller and freezer room breakdowns.
  • Monitor container temperature systems and rectify faults.
  • Inspect and assist in maintenance of reach trucks and forklifts.
  • Perform setup and renovation works including partitioning, piping, wiring, and related tasks.
  • Carry out basic welding and fabrication work when required.
  • Handle emergency breakdowns promptly.
  • Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all maintenance and repair works comply with electrical safety regulations and standards.
  • Follow proper lock-out/tag-out and safety procedures during maintenance activities.
  • Report unsafe conditions, faults, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
  • Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs accurately.

Requirements :-

  • Valid Chargeman Certificate (A1 / A2 / A3 / A4).
  • 1–2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and facility maintenance.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
  • Able to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
  • Applicants must be willing to work Ampang / Ulu Kelang (near Zoo Negara).
