1. Full-time college degree or above, major in engineering, under 45 years old;
2. More than 8 years of relevant professional work and working experience in the same position, and more than 200,000 square meters of factory park project management experience; Have more than 5 years experience in power facility system maintenance in large enterprises;
3. Strong ability of organization and coordination, planning and execution, control, guidance and communication;
4. Be able to comprehensively formulate preventive maintenance plans, energy-saving plans, engineering maintenance budgets and other work plans, and timely check and master the running status of equipment and facilities;
5. Experience or knowledge of environmental health and safety (EHS) is preferred;
6. Familiar with relevant national laws, regulations and business terms, and can understand drawings

7. Familiar with the principle, structure and maintenance methods of power facilities system (including water, electricity, steam, compressed air, vacuum, rotary dehumidifier, water treatment system, cooling, chilled water and high-pressure dust removal), as well as outstanding ability to deal with emergencies.

8. Can skillfully use PDCA, 5Why, IE7 and other tools to analyze problems;
9. No criminal record and good health

Other requirements: good sense of service and communication skills, professional ability, initiative, in-depth ability; Strong organization and coordination ability, overall control ability and pressure resistance, good image, strong personality and management courage.
