**Job description**
**Customer Service Responsibilities:
- **
- Reply to customer messages through online platforms.
- Provide customers with a good level of service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle and address customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer customers' inquiries about company's product details and resolve customers' concerns promptly.
- Update required data in database system.
- Support general operational tasks.
**Admin Responsibilities:
- **
- Distribute the goods, and check whether the goods and quantities that have just arrived at the company are correct.
- Check whether the style and quantity of the items to be sent to customers are consistent with customer order lists.
- Assist in daily admin and operation works.
- Key in required data details in database system.
- Coordinate operations and complete other tasks assigned by leader to secure efficiency.
**Requirements:
- **
- Good computer skills such as MS Office is an added advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility with your work, positive working attitude and a strong team player.
- Being attentive, proactive and willing to learn.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
