Your Role & Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls - Arrange service appointments and handle service inquiries
Follow up with customers to maintain excellent service relationships
Provide warranty and recall updates to customers and ensure necessary actions are taken
Confirm daily customer appointments and job repair orders for a smooth service process
Assist in preparing quotations and explaining repair recommendations
Maintain accurate records of customer requests, service history, and feedback
Ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle handover

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in customer service (preferred)
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ A customer-first mindset with a friendly and professional attitude
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Basic automotive knowledge (training provided if needed)
✔️ Computer literacy for managing appointments, invoicing, and service records
