Every successful business must maintain a strong relationship with its customers. The Team Leader - Customer Service (Front Desk) role serves to bridge the business with the customer. That means communication is key for this role; the Team Leader must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with the customer base, providing information about the company’s latest products and promotions to support growth in sales. They must also be able to resolve customer complaints while keeping the best interests of the company in mind. The Team Leader - Customer Service (Front Desk) is also keenly in tune with customer wants, needs, and demands; they are able to discern what key practices are best for optimum customer satisfaction, and are responsible for enforcing them within the company.

GENERAL TASKS
- Build and maintain a welcoming relationships with customers.
- Oversee customer relationships as undertaken by the team.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Manage the Front Desk, POS and Cashier system.
- Manage customer enquiries via the Company Call-line.
- Supervise and train employees in Customer Service and SOPs.
- Assist in the Company if and when required.

- High competence and a positive attitude in customer service and customer complaint resolution.

- Able to work independently with multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail.

**OPERATING HOURS**:
**Monday-Friday**: 4pm-12am.

**Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday**: 12am-12pm.

**STAFF WORKING HOURS**: (5 Work Days including weekends, 2 off days per week during weekdays)

**Monday-Friday**: 3.30pm-12.30am (1 hour break).

**Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday**: 12.30am-12.30pm (2.5 hours break).
