**Responsibilities**:
**ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT**:
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing materials for internal and external meetings and events.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure organized and easily accessible documentation.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking (budget) tasks as directed.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of common areas (e.g., lobby, meeting rooms, cafe)
- Report any maintenance or office supply issues to the relevant personnel.
**FRONT DESK DUTIES**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages and relay them promptly.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
- Maintain visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
**OTHERS**:
- Any task as and when required by the superior
- Handle other ad-hoc administrative and office tasks as assigned by the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent required; or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in office administration or front desk management.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, phones, copiers).
- Skills / Competencies : Good analytical, problem solving skill
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
