Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Greet and assist visitors or clients at the front desk
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Provide administrative assistance to staff and management.
- Receive and confirm goods or items delivered by clients, ensuring correct quantity and condition.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Education: SPM or higher
- Skills: Basic Microsoft and admin knowledge
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to handle tasks independently and responsibly
- Others: Willing to interact with foreign workers and handle operational site visits when needed
- Can work at **Kampung Baru Subang, Shah Alam**
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
