**Restaurant Supervisor (F&B - Damansara Perdana)**

You will be responsible for supervising the restaurant floor, supporting both kitchen and service teams, and ensuring that guests enjoy an excellent dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
- Supervise and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and task assignments
- Monitor cash handling, daily sales reports, and inventory usage
- Support in training new staff and maintaining team morale
- Report any maintenance or operational issues to management promptly

**Requirements**:

- **Open to Malaysian Citizens only** (Local applicants preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience or fresh graduate in F&B or supervisory role (restaurant or café preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
