Production Manager

Responsibilities to ensure all production such as (Stamping, Bkt Assy and EMS) activities are in smooth operation (planning, organizing and control). - To lead the team to maximize productivity in order to achieve a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction. - To develop continuous improvement plans to improve quality and reduce operation cost. - Ensure safety measures are procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards. - Ensure production process is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff - Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production - Any duties assigned by Superior from time to time. Process Degree/ Master in Business Administration or related field 4-5 years in manufacturing background Experience work in electronic manufacturing Knowledge in Assembly or Stamping machine Production reporting Quality and operation cost Writing reports Location at Bukit Raja, Klang Will to work for 5.5 days (Mon-Sat)
