**What will you do**:
**End-to-End Project Management**:

- Oversee the entire investment project lifecycle, from initial consulting to successful project landing.
- Hands-on and coordinate internal and external resources/teams to ensure efficient project completion.
- Manage tasks including Business Registration, Secretary Services, Notarization, Legalization, License Application in various industries/sectors, Market Entry & Feasibility Studies, Visa related advisory, and other business support based on client needs.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.

**Organizational and Time Management**:

- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ensure project milestones are met within specified deadlines.

**Travel Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary for project requirements.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end investment projects, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle complex projects.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- **Ability to speak in English and Chinese is a must**

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
