The Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the organization. They are responsible for managing various administrative functions, supporting staff members, and maintaining a well-organized work environment. The role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient functioning of administrative systems.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and other services as required.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials.

**Travel Arrangements**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries, expense reports, and ensure adherence to company travel policies.

**Record Keeping and Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, contact lists, and inventory records.
- Organize and file documents both electronically and physically, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.

**Compliance and Regulatory Matters**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols within the office environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
