JR45518 Automation Manager
- Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, EE, Mechanical, Control Systems, Computer Science).
- Minimum 12 years of work experience as an Engineer in HVM and related field.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing design framework.
- Ability to lead and coordinate complex cross-functional teams/groups across the region.
- High energy to challenge the status quo and deliver project and KPIs exceeding expectation.
- World-class attitude, behavior, and embracing the growth mindset.
- Proven track record of past achievement in factory automation project deployment with actual ROI exceeding POR ROI.
- Competence with automation design steps, control systems, project management, qualification, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with automation compliance to global standards such as SEMI, SECS/GEM, Host, EHS, ESD, Cyber Security, etc.
- Willingness to support 24x7 HVM and always on standby/on-call mode.
- Well versed with Industry 4.0 technology ie AMHS | ASRS | MMS | COBOT | AGV/AMR/ACR | MES | AI | AR | VR | IoT | RFID.
- Ability to read/edit AutoCAD/Solidwork, Circuit diagram, plant/equipment layout, block diagram, system diagram.
- Strong leadership skills: Can inspire and manage a team of technicians, and junior engineers to walk the extra mile and deliver excellent results.
- Programming skills: C#, C++, Python, Java, APIs.
- Enjoy working under pressure and within a highly stressful environment and chasing the deadline.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding creative solutions to challenging issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
