JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Issue purchase orders of materials, and ensure materials are delivered on time by suppliers.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, term, deliveries, and services suppliers.
- Based on competitive quotations to prepare cost comparison listing of material.
- Maintain purchasing data and pricing in the system, and prepare to cost report
- Inventory control and stock arrangement and analysis.
- To match purchase invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirement:

- Min 1 or 2 years of purchasing experience (preferred), Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- MS Word and MS Excel
- A teamwork-oriented individual who can also work independently and has excellent interpersonal skills.
- Work Location: Taman Johor Jaya, JB
- Language: Mandarin, English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
